Thanet Early Years Project Declaration
Please answer the questions and sign the declaration below to demonstrate that you are safe to work with children. If there are any aspects of the declaration that you are not able to meet, you should disclose this immediately to the manager/senior responsible for your recruitment.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Applicants must be prepared to disclose any orders made against them even if they are spent. For all applicants who are offered a job with Thanet Early Years project, an enhanced disclosure will be requested through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) at the Applicant’s expense.

This form should be completed by all applicants.
As the role you have applied for involves frequent or regular contact with or responsibility for children, you will also be required to provide a valid enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate, which will provide details of criminal convictions.
