Meet Carole, our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Lead!

Carole took on the role in September 2023 and has since been an integral part of our team, working tirelessly to ensure the best for the children.

Carole brings creativity and expertise to each of our three settings, where she conducts adult-led activities designed to help children reach their full potential. These activities not only foster school readiness but also lay the foundation for positive outcomes in future learning and development.

Her main focus is nurturing your child's abilities, knowledge, and social skills. Carole plans activities carefully, aligning them with the current Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines. She ingeniously combines the Prime and Specific areas of learning and well-being, incorporating exciting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) topics into her teaching.

Collaborating closely with managers and staff at each setting, Carole ensures that the safety of your children is our top priority. Her role is designed to make a positive impact on every child, making learning enjoyable and preparing them for the next exciting phase of their life or transition.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like more information about Carole's activities and our Early Years curriculum.

What is EYFS?

Every Friday, Carole will send all parents a weekly newsletter containing photos and information about the kinds of activities and learning the children have been doing that week. Not all children can be featured in every newsletter, so please look out for photos of your child each week. Please note, children's photos will only be published with parents signed permission.
